STILL RECORDING receives 5 awards at Venice Critics’ Week including the Audience Award & the FIPRESCI Award
Saeed Al-Batal & Ghiath Ayoub’s film received the Audience Award of the Settimana della Critica in Venice, as well as the Best Technical Achievement Award, assigned by a jury composed of members of the Union of Italian Film Critics.
STILL RECORDING also got the FIPRESCI Award (Intl Federation of the Film Critics), and two other collateral awards (Edipo Re Award & Vivere da sportivo il fair-play al cinema Award).
At the end of the premiere, a long standing ovation paid tribute to the talent and the courage of the Syrian directors & crew. Congratulations to them all!
