2010: the Unilever group decided to close the Fralib factory in Gémenos (France, Bouches-du-Rhône). Employees resisted and, four years later, won this power struggle. They are now owners and managers of the tea factory.
After a life spent following instructions and obeying orders, they have taken up the reins and started the company anew as a cooperative. Their roles and positions have changed. The film tells this intimate and collective revolution.
