DO YOU LOVE ME
DIRECTOR: Lana daher
75 minutes I France, Lebanon, Germany, Qatar
DO YOU LOVE ME interweaves past and present in a quest to embrace 70 years of Lebanon’s audiovisual history and better understand its current state. Focusing on the use of archives, the film is a subjective odyssey through the images and representations that have accumulated over the years to form the memory of Beirut – a fragmented memory, at once historical, social, cultural and political.
You can find out more on the film’s webpage.
