Since 2006, RISC festival (International Science & Film Meetings) has been screening short, medium-lengh and feature-length films, with the guiding principle of bringing together science of all kinds and cinema.

Filmmakers and researchers are also invited to meet the public after each screening.

This year, the short film MADE FOR WALKING by Hélène Baillot and Raphaël Botiveau will be shown on Friday 14 decembre at the Star Polygon.

THE MECANIC OF THINGS will have the honour of being screened at the closing night of the festival, on Saturday 18 December at the whale. This screening, in partnership with the South Region, will be followed by a discussion with Alessandra Celesia, the director, and Patrick Saiton, researcher at the CNRS and neuro-biomechanic doctor in the science of human movement.
